Recruiter

You will be part of the ‘Business Development’ department, headed by Chris, our founder. You will actively participate in decisions concerning commercial strategies to be implemented based on the evolution of employment needs
Your mission
  • mapping and updating the framework on European, national and local employment needs
  • manage contacts and relations with the business clients portfolio, including companies, temporary agencies and corporate clients
  • support our business clients in defining their short, medium and long term employment needs, with particular attention to their requirements and expectations
  • support our business clients in the search and selection process of candidates in order to meet their employment needs
  • produce monthly reports on the evolution of metrics related to job placements (e.g. turnover and employment conversion rate)
This role is perfect for you if
  • you have a deep knowledge of labor law and skill classification models
  • you are able to use CRM platforms for successfully manage relationships and interactions with business customers
  • you are skilled in sourcing and recruiting activities and their related operational processes
  • you have previous experience in head hunting via available databases and data sets
  • you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong relational attitude towards candidates and business customers
  • you can work autonomously and are ready for an intense challenge of great responsibility
